-As seen on the previous page, assignments can be posted, updates to parents, school schedules, classroom contests, and maybe even pictures of learning for parents who have signed waivers for their children to be on the blog.
What are the benefits to using this tool?
-For one, it is very easy to use. A tech-savvy new teacher can whip one together almost as easily as the 30-year vet who is still not the best at using technology. It can be as awesome for your audience to see as you make it.
What are the limitations?
-Not every student/parent has the web at home, also, sometimes what you write can be lost in translation or possibly misinterpreted when it comes to directions or due dates. The only other limits that I can even think of are the limits of how well you can use the program to complete an awesome web presence.
